Privacy Policy

FrameMax — Maximize Your Frame
Effective date: 13 May 2026

Short version: FrameMax analyzes your photo entirely on your device. Your photos and results never leave your phone, are never sent to any server, and are never shared with anyone. No account is required and no personal data is collected by us.

1. Who we are

This app ("FrameMax", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Michał Zajączkowski, based in Poland. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, contact us at framemaxapp@outlook.com.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on our servers. FrameMax does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details to use the app.

The following data is handled entirely on your device and is never sent to us:

3. How your photos are processed

All photo analysis runs locally on your device. Photos are not uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third-party API. We do not have access to your photos at any point.

When you delete a photo or analysis from the app, or uninstall the app, the associated data is removed from your device.

4. Permissions the app requests

You can revoke these permissions at any time in your iOS Settings under Privacy & Security.

5. Third-party services

FrameMax does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or AI services. Apple may collect limited technical data (such as crash reports and aggregated usage statistics) through standard iOS and App Store mechanisms, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive personally identifiable information from Apple.

6. Data storage and security

All app data is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. Because no data leaves your device, there is no transmission to secure or external database to protect. Your data is as secure as your device itself — we recommend using a passcode and keeping iOS up to date.

7. Children's privacy

FrameMax is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children, as we do not collect information from any user.

8. Your rights under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (including Poland), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.

Because FrameMax does not collect or store any personal data on our servers, we have no data about you to access, modify, or delete. You can delete all app-related data at any time by removing photos from the app's history or uninstalling the app.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO) at uodo.gov.pl.

9. Your rights under CCPA (California residents)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. Because we do not collect personal information, there is nothing to disclose, sell, or delete from our side. We do not sell any user data.

10. Important disclaimer

Physique scores produced by FrameMax are generated by automated image analysis for fitness motivation and self-tracking purposes only. They are not a medical assessment and should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified health, fitness, or medical professional.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
