This app ("FrameMax", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Michał Zajączkowski, based in Poland. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, contact us at framemaxapp@outlook.com.
FrameMax does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal details to use the app. Aside from the subscription purchase data described in Section 3, we do not collect, transmit, or store personal information on our servers.
The following data is handled entirely on your device and is never sent to us:
FrameMax offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and yearly). When you start a subscription or restore a purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple. To unlock and manage subscription features, we use RevenueCat, Inc. as our subscription infrastructure provider.
RevenueCat receives and stores:
This information is used only to provide and manage your subscription (for example, to confirm your access to paid features and to restore purchases). It is not linked to your name or any account, is not used to track you across other apps or websites, and is not sold. Apple also processes your payment under Apple's Privacy Policy, and RevenueCat's handling of this data is described in RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Your photos and physique-analysis results are never part of this and continue to be processed entirely on your device.
All photo analysis runs locally on your device. Photos are not uploaded to any server, cloud service, or third-party API. We do not have access to your photos at any point.
When you delete a photo or analysis from the app, or uninstall the app, the associated data is removed from your device.
You can revoke these permissions at any time in your iOS Settings under Privacy & Security.
Apart from RevenueCat (our subscription provider, described in Section 3), FrameMax does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or AI services. Apple may collect limited technical data (such as crash reports and aggregated usage statistics) through standard iOS and App Store mechanisms, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive personally identifiable information from Apple.
Your photos, analysis results, and history are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. Apart from the subscription purchase data described in Section 3 — which is handled securely by Apple and RevenueCat — your data does not leave your device. Your on-device data is as secure as your device itself; we recommend using a passcode and keeping iOS up to date.
FrameMax is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app requires no account, and the only data collected is the anonymous subscription purchase information described in Section 3.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (including Poland), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
FrameMax stores no personal data on our own servers. The only data processed off your device is the anonymous subscription purchase information held by Apple and RevenueCat (Section 3), which is not linked to your identity. You can delete all on-device data at any time by removing photos from the app's history or uninstalling the app, and you may contact us at the address below with any request regarding purchase data.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO) at uodo.gov.pl.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. FrameMax collects no personal information beyond the anonymous subscription purchase data described in Section 3, which is not linked to your identity. We do not sell any user data.
Physique scores produced by FrameMax are generated by automated image analysis for fitness motivation and self-tracking purposes only. They are not a medical assessment and should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified health, fitness, or medical professional.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
